Your role will be to support the marketing team with administrative tasks for each of the brands we represent.
The main objective of the role will be to:
- Take ownership of the one of our projects on behalf of the marketing team. This will include the
- creation/ maintenance of item records, creation/ uploading of barcodes for all marketing
- collateral and any other tasks this project require
- Monitor marketing inboxes and action requests as necessary.
- Collate weekly reports and send to Directors and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Respond to image requests and keeping internal records up to date.
- Registering consumer warranty applications
- Creation of cross references and updating internal logs
- Support the marketing team prepare for and deliver exhibitions.
- Help manage showroom visits ensuring it is always kept in show condition.
- Ensure that marketing collateral stocks are kept topped up and organise when needed
- Any other reasonable tasks to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Full knowledge of Microsoft packages - Excel and PowerPoint essential.
- Experience of Navision an advantage.
- Adobe packages - Acrobat an advantage.
- Excellent communicator. Both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate at any level (senior business professional to end user).
- Attention to detail/ proof reading/ numerical accuracy.
- A self-starter capable of seeing what needs doing and getting stuck in.
