Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator seeking to join a reputable manufacturing company in Kidderminster? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC Press Brake to produce components according to company specifications and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate the CNC Press Brake, including performing tool changes and loading materials.
  • Review and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and instructions.
  • Accurately measure, inspect, and identify finished components.
  • Log production operations using the company's FMS platform.
  • Prioritise work orders to ensure production targets are met within time constraints.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, keeping pedestrian walkways clear.
  • Safely offload, transfer, and store materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery.

Requirements:
  • Adherence to all PPE and safety equipment protocols specific to the role.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and training within company operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in reporting equipment, quality, safety, and operational concerns.
  • Strict compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with press brake operations is desirable.
  • Ability to perform frequent and repetitive bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Your keen attention to detail and dedication to quality will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of measurements, inspections, and identification of finished products.
