Junior Customer Service and Sales Executive

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a vastly successful market leading manufacturing and construction related, fabrication company. We are supporting their recruitment for a Junior Customer Service and Sales Assistant to join their every growing team on a full time, permanent contract, located in Kidderminster.

This is an office-based position, working Monday - Friday offering a salary of 25K, on the job training and excellent company benefits.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate strong customer service experience and be confident making outbound calls and selling multiple products.

The Junior Customer Service and Sales Assistant will be the first point of internal contact for all customer queries as well as proactively developing business within the UK. You will look to add to the customer base by contacting prospective customers and tracking upcoming requirements to maximise any opportunities.

Junior Customer Service and Sales Assistant main duties:

• You will ensure that customers are given the highest level of customer service.
• Provide a full portfolio of account management services including pricing, margin considerations and managing orders.
• Following up on quotations and management of the sales pipeline.
• Act as the first point of internal contact for all customer queries.
• Proactively develop new business within a UK region

Junior Customer Service and Sales Assistant required skills and experience:

• Previous customer service skills are essential
• Good administration skills including Microsoft packages
• Confidence in making high volume of calls daily
• Confident communication skills including phone and email
• Strong problem-solving attitude
• The ability to work as part of a team to achieve the aims of the company
