Position: Administrator
Duration: 12 weeks - possibility of extension
Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours per week)
Salary: £11.44phr - £12.00phr
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team for a 12-week assignment. The successful candidate will support managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
- Process purchase orders with attention to detail and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Handle card payment transactions securely and efficiently.
- Input, update, and maintain records in various databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide support to managers and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Familiarity with sales order and purchase order processing systems.
- Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Professional demeanour with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
