Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team for a 12-week assignment. The successful candidate will support managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
  • Process purchase orders with attention to detail and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Handle card payment transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Input, update, and maintain records in various databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide support to managers and team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Familiarity with sales order and purchase order processing systems.
  • Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Professional demeanour with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
