SourceCo is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable timber manufacturer near Kidderminster (Clows Top), looking for a full-time Picker/Packer to join their team.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 06:00 am - 14:00 pm
Pay Rate:
£11.65 per hour

Due to the location of the factory you will be required to have your own transport

Role Responsibilities:
- Reading packing sheets and diagrams, including accurate measurements of timber materials.
- Packing premium timber-based products such as sheds, fencing, and other wooden structures.
- Safely lifting and moving heavy timber materials as required.
- Following weekly packing plans, using initiative to meet targets.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards.
- Prior experience in picking/packing timber or heavy materials is preferred.
