We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Class Teacher to join a vibrant, Ofsted-rated "Good" Primary School in Kidderminster. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with excellent facilities. If you are passionate about delivering the National Curriculum and shaping young minds in Key Stage 1, this is the perfect role for you.

This role you be working alongside another member of staff. This will be a full-time role starting in September for the full academic year, teaching both Year 1 and Year 2.

This KS1 Class Teacher role will include:

  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging lessons that meet National Curriculum standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning

Required Skills and Experience for this KS1 Class Teacher Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience teaching in Primary School settings, particularly in Key Stage 1 (KS1)
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to work as a Class Teacher across Reception, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
