- Manage the reception area during peak times and handle incoming calls, visitors, and post.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and maintain accurate finance records.
- Handle the transfer and logging of invoices and weighbridge tickets.
- Maintain the site induction register and assist with health & safety administration.
- Monitor and order stationery and consumables.
- Update and manage the site’s CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
- Check and log deliveries to the stores against delivery notes.
- Provide support during audits and major maintenance periods (including CDM projects).
- Offer cover for the Technical Admin as required.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of CMMS and purchasing systems.
- Reliable and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a power generation or heavy industry environment.
