Planner/Scheduler

Office working full-time in Kidderminster

Working hours: 37.5 per week, 9am-5pm (30 minute lunch)

Temporary for approx. 3 months with the potental to become permanent

Pay rate: £12.32 per hour with weekly pay

Our client is looking for a process driven candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills to assist in planning and scheduling jobs in the local area. If you have previous planning/scheduling experience, this could be the role for you!

Planner/Scheduler - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organising appointments and scheduling repairs.
  • Liaising with engineers and clients to ensure a smooth organisational process.
  • Responding to emails quickly and efficiently.
  • Dealing with all unavailable appointment periods by the re-organisation of work to other colleagues and negotiation with customers as necessary.
  • Forward plan repairs and maintenance works
  • Identify any potential problem areas which will need to be addressed, and ensure good and regular communication with the team regarding their workload.

Planner/Scheduler - Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office understanding and adaptable to new systems.
  • Confident communicator over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational skills is key.
  • Previous experience in a scheduling/planner role is desired.
