拢27000 - 拢30000 plus bonus & excellent benefits
Monday to Friday - 39 hour week - with early finish Fridays
TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator/Sales Executive for a well-established, international manufacturing company in Kidderminster.
Responsibilities
路 Processing orders from order entry through to invoicing using SAGE
路 To take Ownership of a customer base in a planned territory and map out the scope for future development
路 Respond and follow up order enquiries with Sage CRM
路 Provide prompt quote responses
路 Take and close orders from customers
路 Liaise between internal departments/external sales team
路 Resolve customer queries
路 Attend sales meetings
路 Ensure customers are receiving a high level of service
路 Create quotes with corresponding customers
路 Seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company
Person Specification
路 Excellent organisational skills
路 Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
路 IT literate, able to use windows and other computer packages
路 Experience using Sage would be advantageous
