Key Responsibilities:
* Support the learning and development of students with SEN in both group and one-on-one settings.
* Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff.
* Assist with classroom activities, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning experience.
* Promote positive behaviour and social interaction among students.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and support progress.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.).
* Have access to a vehicle
* Have UK experience
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning and development.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
