We are working with a forward-thinking and well renowned Security & Communications Group of companies operating across the UK who are recruiting for a Business Development Manager.

This PE backed group is extremely ambitious and through organic growth and acquisition, is growing rapidly. They have a very collegiate and inclusive culture.

It is therefore a great opportunity for an ambitious business development professional to join at an exciting period of growth.

Due to this success and growth, they are recruiting for an additional Business Development Manager (Fire Alarms) to join their Kidderminster office.

The successful candidate will need to be an accomplished Sales and Design Consultant with a proven track record within the fire and security sector.

What will you be doing day to day

Research, identify and convert new business opportunities

Optimise the cross-selling of all other group solutions

Production of budget designs and quotations as required

Build and maintain business relations with key clients

Who we are looking for

Someone with a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards and British Standards

Have a keen interest in technology and providing solutions that are cost effective and profitable A team player with ambition

Excellent inter-personal skills with a pro-active work ethic

Understanding of BS5839 parts 1 & 6, Requirements of the RRFSO, BS7273-4, BS9999, BS9991, Approved Document B etc.
