Senior/Production Engineers 40,000 - 55,000 + additional benefits

We are currently hiring for a Production Engineer to join a highly unique Engineering Company to help develop their manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive manufacturing industrialisation: process flow, layouts, material flow, and methods.
Specify, source, and commission production systems to meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
Support production operations with technical expertise, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Manage equipment installations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and project cost estimates.
Requirements:

Essential: HND or above in engineering/manufacturing; proven manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Automotive, FMCG, or similar).
Proficiency in APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
