A manufacturer of industry recognised "best in class" Automated Packaging equipment is now seeking a Production Manager to take control of their small facility in Kidderminster. This position is imperative to the success of the company's future, creating a strong foundation in which to build and grow.

Reporting directly to the owner, you will be tasked with implementing change, improving and creating processes as well as looking into supply chain issues, health and safety and customer satisfaction.

Some of the main responsibilities of this Production Manager are listed below:
