Senior Design Engineer (Bespoke Machinery)

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in designing special purpose bespoke machinery, who is looking to join an innovative company at the forefront of their technology, with development opportunities and clear scope to progress?

In this office based role you will design a variety of special purpose machinery, taking the projects from the sale / concept, understanding the process and designing the automation around that. Using Solidworks, you will be part of a larger design team, with routes to develop and progress internally.

The company is a market leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke special purpose machinery and robotics, with their innovative systems at the forefront of technologies. Supplying into a variety of industries, including automotive, medical, food, renewables, construction and aerospace.

The Role:

  • Design a variety of bespoke special purpose machinery
  • Taking projects from sale to concept, understanding the process and design the automation around that
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hour week (early finish on Friday)

The Person:

  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Experience designing bespoke machinery
  • Solidworks knowledge
