Key Responsibilities:

Operate and Monitor Paint Line Equipment: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot paint line machinery, including spray booths, conveyors, and drying ovens.
Quality Control: Inspect painted products for consistency, defects, and finish quality, ensuring that all products meet company standards and specifications.
Material Preparation: Mix and prepare paint according to product specifications, ensuring proper color, viscosity, and quality for application.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or a paint line environment is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality finished products.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
