The Role
As Sales Negotiator / Receptionist you will work within a small but busy team, providing customer focused support for the branch and assisting with progressing all sales.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers are greeting in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assess needs and wants of potential vendors / buyers.
- Liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers.
- Re-negotiating post sales, as and when required.
- Liaising with Financial Advisors / Mortgage lenders.
- Sales administration, typing letters, emails and updating records.
- Be hands on throughout the sales process.
- Booking viewings and confirming offers to assist the team.
Requirements
- Previous Estate Agency experience highly desirable.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good all round IT skills.
- Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, fully committed & flexible attitude.
Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
Salary dependant on experience.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, every other Saturday 9am to 12pm.
