Paint and Body Shop Technician
Location: Hartlebury
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Bonus
Weekends: No weekend work
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paint and Body Shop Technician to join our Client in Hartlebury. This role involves working on a range of vehicles, carrying out high-quality body repairs and paint refinishing to restore vehicles to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of vehicle body repairs, including dent removal, panel beating, and welding.
- Prepare and refinish vehicle surfaces using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Mix and apply paint to match the vehicle's original finish.
- Work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure precision in repairs.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and insurance standards.
- Carry out quality control checks to ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paint and body shop technician, with a strong background in vehicle repairs and painting.
- Knowledge of body shop repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UK driving licence.
