We are currently working with a leading housing association in the Worcestershire area, looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their expanding team.

As the Compliance Officer you will be:
  • Leading contractor meetings
  • Supporting the Compliance Manager with day to day duties
  • Reviewing compliance certificates and ensuring all documentation is completed to a good standard
  • Inputting data onto relevant systems
  • Minute taking

Qualifications/experience for the Compliance Officer role:
  • Experience dealing with the big 6 of compliance
  • Social housing experience
  • Desirable experience working within Legionella, Asbestos and Fire
