Aspire are recruiting for a specialist school in Kidderminster dedicated to supporting children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Autism, and trauma. Our students require an understanding and caring approach, as they can exhibit challenging behaviours such as kicking, spitting, and more. We are looking for a committed individual who can help our students thrive in a supportive and structured environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children who have SLD, Autism, SEMH, or trauma is essential.
* Patience, resilience, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour.
* A calm and nurturing approach to supporting children with complex needs.
* Full UK driving license is essential due to the school's location.
