Butler Rose is working with a prestigious Top 100 firm of Chartered Accountants to recruit an experienced Agricultural & Property Manager to join their Banbury office. This is a key role managing a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on providing tailored accounting and tax planning solutions to the agricultural and property sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage a team, providing mentorship and delegating work effectively.
  • Review accounts and tax returns prepared by junior staff.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and assist partners with advisory work.
  • Ensure timely completion of work, meeting deadlines and billing targets.
  • Oversee departmental objectives and support staff development.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of practice experience in accounts and tax.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation and taxation.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship-building skills.
