We are seeking a Management Accountant with a strong background in retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and accounting support to our retail operations.

Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Analysis of financial performance to support business decision-making
- Budgeting and forecasting for retail operations
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Liaising with external auditors and providing required information
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts
- Providing support to the wider accounting & finance team as required
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in management accounting within the retail industry
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Offer
- An attractive salary range of £54,000 - £66,000 per annum
