Location: Oxfordshire-Predominantly home based with occasional travel to the office 1-2 days a week where required
Salary: £35-40,000 Dependant on experience

An established and growing architectural practice is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technician or Architect to join their remote-working team. With a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and multi-unit residential schemes, this role is key to the continued expansion of the business.

The Role:
- Work closely with the principal architect and wider team to deliver residential projects from concept to completion.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate remotely, feeding into a structured reporting process on a weekly or twice-weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with intermediate-level experience.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Comfortable working remotely with excellent communication and self-management skills.
