Key responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- Resolving internal & external queries
- Assisting in the production of Cheque Payment runs
- Assisting in the production of BACS runs
- Scanning of cheques
- Managing the Accounts Inbox
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Extremely well-organised and able to work under pressure while maintaining a sharp eye for detail
