Description

  • Collaborate with the SBS Transition and Delivery teams globally to support the successful implementation of large-scale change programs, reducing waste and maximising efficiency through strong governance and best practices.
  • Partner with Finance and other affected functions to ensure local mandatory or essential business requirements are met during changes.
  • Ensure robust governance and operational procedures are documented and aligned with SBS standards, including Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), Service Definition Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Responsibility Matrices.
  • Create Knowledge Transfer plans to effectively manage change, set clear expectations, and address risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Develop post-go-live support plans and assist Delivery leaders in achieving early stabilisation.
  • Collaborate with third parties, other functions, and SBS delivery teams to design solutions that are risk-assessed and appropriately resourced to deliver intended benefits.
  • Work closely with SBS Change teams to build communication and RACI plans, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Establish repeatable practices and materials to manage future change programs effectively.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transition and change management within a global Finance setting.
  • Experience in driving process changes across large-scale ERP systems.
  • In-depth understanding of Finance operations within a shared or business services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing change and re-engineering processes.
  • Highly organised, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong skills in planning and project management.
  • Preferred technical expertise: Oracle, UiPath, OnBase, Coupa, Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, and Business Objects.
