- Qualify new leads and take appropriate action to develop them.
- Support the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM (Hubspot).
- Provide detailed reports and monitor lead progression.
- Manage and document incoming and outgoing calls, including follow-ups and outcomes.
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in line with company policy, ensuring satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer information and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in a telephony-based environment.
- Demonstrable success in consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to influence others.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience in time management and meeting deadlines.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
