Due to continued growth, they are seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent Telemarketer to join their welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a vibrant and dynamic business. As a Telemarketer, you will report directly to the Head of Sales, playing a key role in building profitable relationships by qualifying leads generated by the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting KPIs and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.  Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify new leads and take appropriate action to develop them.
  • Support the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company CRM (Hubspot).
  • Provide detailed reports and monitor lead progression.
  • Manage and document incoming and outgoing calls, including follow-ups and outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints in line with company policy, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Accurately record customer information and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in a telephony-based environment.
  • Demonstrable success in consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to influence others.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience in time management and meeting deadlines.
