Are you passionate about the automotive industry and excel in customer service?
We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Parts Advisor to join our client’s thriving team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support to customers, both in-person and over the phone, addressing parts inquiries and processing orders.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that parts are properly stocked and readily available.
- Efficiently process customer orders, maintaining accuracy and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, helping them find the right parts for their specific needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Benefits
- £28k basic salary plus bonus opportunities
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm Saturday Morning 1 in 2 - paid overtime

Requirements
- Proven experience in a parts advisory role, preferably within the commercial automotive sector.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of automotive parts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
