We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Parts Advisor to join our client’s thriving team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding support to customers, both in-person and over the phone, addressing parts inquiries and processing orders.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that parts are properly stocked and readily available.
  • Efficiently process customer orders, maintaining accuracy and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, helping them find the right parts for their specific needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
