About
Our client is a leading software provider trusted by companies worldwide. They’re not a huge business with around 50 people and two in marketing, however, they are continuing to grow and soon to launch a new and exciting off-the-shelf software product to market that will adopt a product-led growth (PLG) approach in marketing.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead their existing and established software product With support from a Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will drive the new product launch and execution, with ongoing tasks spanning all marketing channels.
The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term permanent role ideally, be able to demonstrate marketing expertise in product marketing and product-led growth marketing, with proven experience in B2B software and marketing transformation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the launch of our new product and implement a PLG marketing approach
- Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans with support from direct report
- Develop and execute product marketing and content strategies and plans with support from direct report
- Lead branding and positioning strategy and tasks
- Manage and mentor one direct report
- Work in close partnership with SDR/BDR, Product, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership teams.
- Oversee and improve marketing performance and marketing technology operational activities
- Drive data-driven marketing decisions and continuous improvements
- Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with both enterprise and PLG models
- Strong background in product marketing and go-to-market strategy development
- Experience leading marketing teams and cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking ability with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Player/Manager profile who enjoys a blended strategic and hands-on role
