Marketing Manager - Agricultural and Equestrian
Office-based with travel to sites around the UK and events
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

You might be a marketing manager and have grown up in the equine space, or own/loan a horse - your marketing experience doesn’t HAVE to from equine if you understand the sector.

They are now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, increase brand visibility and drive their ambitious growth strategy.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and project management.
You will bring experience in the equestrian industry (ideally), a strong command of WordPress, and the ability to analyse and present marketing data effectively. You will also represent the company at key equestrian events such as Blenheim, Badminton, and Burghley, ensuring high visibility and engagement with target audiences.
Person specification:
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the equestrian and agricultural sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency with WordPress and HubSpot CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative flair for producing engaging content
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
