Experienced B2B digital marketer to take responsibility for marketing output and activity for assigned business lines, as well as supporting wider activity within our global marketing organisation.The successful candidate will have significant experience with running B2B campaigns across digital channels: they’ll be comfortable working with external agencies and in-house teams to set up, manage and continually improve paid search, paid display, paid social and email nurture campaigns, both to build brand as well as to generate quality inbound leads.Working within our Global Marketing organisation, the role reports to Marketing Director.

Key Tasks

  • Work with key commercial sales leads and global marketing team to define, develop and execute ongoing marketing plans, to feed business priorities and organic growth goals
  • Lead and manage the delivery of targeted omni-channel campaigns to help generate new business
  • Define, create, execute and continually-improve a programme of targeted always-on digital campaigns
  • Work with wider marketing team to create and refine a core playbook for digital B2B lead-gen activity, for implementation across all markets.
  • Input into brand positioning and act as a brand champion.
  • Actively represent the customer, helping to assess and understand
  • Work with our internal analytics teams to design and evolve actionable customer segmentations

The ideal candidate

  • At least 7+ years of marketing experience gained in a previous marketing role or roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a relevant business discipline
  • Demonstrated track record of:
  • A robust understanding of the b2b customer buying process
  • Understanding of segmentation, targeting and positioning
  • Campaign planning, development, execution and measurement, using digital channels (PPC) and SEO, to achieve tangible and quantifiable commercial outcomes
  • Having generated, managed, tracked and effectively handed over MQLs, and of having worked down the funnel to help these leads close.
  • A deep understanding of and experience in a variety of different marketing channels: print, digital, content marketing, direct mail, events, affiliate marketing
  • Being able to articulate, craft and tailor messages to suit differing audiences
  • Leading design and delivery of prospect and customer engagement materials and messaging
  • Numerate, and able to develop go-to-market plans, forecast lead flow and produce business outcomes.
