Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for lead generation at UniAdmissions.
  • Manage the existing marketing team, overseeing tasks and providing effective feedback to ensure alignment across all channels while maximising performance.
  • Provide mentoring and support to the marketing team.
  • Monitor, report on, and analyse marketing performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing projects.
  • Support the team in execution across various channels as required.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress.
  • A tech-savvy approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (preferred).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually engaging materials.
  • Experience using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in written communication.

Summary:

Pay: ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ60,000 per year (OTE) based on experience
