Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for lead generation at UniAdmissions.
- Manage the existing marketing team, overseeing tasks and providing effective feedback to ensure alignment across all channels while maximising performance.
- Provide mentoring and support to the marketing team.
- Monitor, report on, and analyse marketing performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the execution of marketing projects.
- Support the team in execution across various channels as required.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of WordPress.
- A tech-savvy approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually engaging materials.
- Experience using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP.
- Exceptional attention to detail in written communication.

Summary:
Pay: ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ60,000 per year (OTE) based on experience
