The nature of the role means that you may be required to work outside of your hours (move in weekends, summer etc). Travel may be required.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field are preferable.
  • Proven track record in channel marketing and partnerships, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing, partner management, or business development role. Experience in real estate, education or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel marketing strategies, with a strong focus on lead generation, agent engagement, and revenue optimisation.
  • Previous exposure to global markets, particularly China, India, and the Middle East, with an understanding of international student recruitment trends and regional market behaviours.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, email automation, and co-branded marketing initiatives.

Skills/Ability/Knowledge:

  • Language Proficiency & Cross-Cultural Communication - Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is ESSENTIAL.
  • Relationship Management & Negotiation - Strong ability to build, nurture, and influence partnerships, driving mutual value and long-term collaboration with agents.
  • Project Management & Execution - Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact on occupancy and revenue.
  • Proficiency in leveraging PMS, CRM tools and platforms, including Mondays.com, Salesforce and emerging technologies.
  • Global & Cultural Awareness - Ability to adapt marketing strategies to international audiences, ensuring culturally relevant messaging and effective localisation of materials.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills - Ability to articulate complex strategies, performance insights, and marketing plans to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
