We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join a modern luxury brand within the Oxfordshire area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the brand partnerships strategy whilst nurturing relationships with key industry players and innovators.

As the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of forging high-calibre partnerships that align with the brands vision and values. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and executing partnership opportunities that enhance the brands equity and market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting thorough assessments to ensure strategic fit and value creation.
  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate partnership initiatives into our broader marketing and communications strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion innovation by exploring new partnership models that elevate our brand's reputation and offering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic marketing, particularly in any luxury or automotive sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-profile partnerships on a global scale.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
