Description
- Leading procurement activities across the organisation - Human Resources and Marketing
- Developing strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Managing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Overseeing the implementation of procurement policies and procedures
- Managing and developing a high-performing procurement team
- Driving cost-saving initiatives within the procurement department

Profile
A successful Senior Procurement Officer should have:
- Human Resources category experience is a must
- Proven experience in a procurement leadership role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
