My client is looking for a skilled and experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control, and other security systems.
  • Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant fire and security standards and regulations.
  • Provide customer support, offering expert advice and guidance on system operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and servicing of existing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and excellent service.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of fire and security systems (including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms).
  • Experience in system installations, maintenance, and servicing.
  • Relevant qualifications (such as FIA, NICEIC, or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Full UK driving license (as travel to client sites is required).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire and security systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and efficient approach to work.
