Your new roleAs a property development and surveying professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this scientific campus. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing acquisitions and disposals, optimising land use, and engaging in a wide range of other work to improve and continuously develop the portfolio. You will contribute to strategic planning and execution of development projects, working to implement the master-plan and support aspirations for growth. What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of leading a small team of property professionals.
  • Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate a track record in commercial property management or asset management alongside development work.
