Our client is a leading manufacturing company and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Customer Service Executive.

This is an exciting new position for a candidate with previous customer service experience in the manufacturing sector and it offers excellent long term career progression opportunities.

The Role:

The Customer Service Executive will provide first class over the phone and email customer service support for a growing list of clients. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following;

  • Effectively process incoming sales and customer service enquiries including telephone, email and on-line
  • Sales order processing
  • Liaise with internal departments regards sales order progress and keep customers informed and up to date with progress.
  • Update Company MRP systems as required
  • Liaise with transport providers and keep up to date with delivery progress

Candidate:

You will have previous customer service experience preferably in the manufacturing B2B sector. Applicants will be highly motivated with a friendly, outgoing personality and you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates will have the ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Excellent IT skills essential and you will be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and use of MRP /ERP systems.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (early finish Friday)
