Studio Manager
- Annual Salary: £35,000 (OTE, £60,000)

Reed is currently partnered with a studio based in North Oxfordshire for the recruitment of a Studio Manager. As a Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing your team effectively to create and maintain a memorable experience for clients and produce high quality customer service. You will lead by example and be actively involved with every department, from telesales through to selling our premium wall art to our customers.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage the team across all departments from telesales to selling premium wall art.
- Create, maintain, and improve the customer experience, ensuring a memorable journey for all clients.
- Build strong relationships both over the phone and through in-person sales.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback through one-to-ones and professional development sessions.
- Handle interviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversee and delegate in-house lead generation activities for your studio.
- Work closely with the owners to align sales strategies and operational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Flexability to work alternate weekends as part of your scheduale – you will not be required to work every weekend
- Proven experience in managing a team in a customer facing environment.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to drive team performance.
- Excellent communication skills, including a great telephone manner and the ability to build rapport.
- Confident in closing sales while maintaining a personable and empathetic approach.
- Experience in either a customer facing or sales environment.
