Your new companyYou will be joining a highway contractor that specialises in surfacing contracts nationwide for a wide range of sectors. Your new company work with a range of clients and pride themselves on delivering schemes of differing values and sizes. Due to continued success, the contractor are now looking to onboard a Site Supervisor to their team.
Your new roleAs Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day work. Within this you will develop work plans, create project programmes and material management. You will also ensure that you work alongside the contracts manager to ensure work is completed to the best standards and adhere to specification and design. You will also ensure that all health and safety and quality standards are met.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will have a construction management qualification or equivalent and will have managed contracts in the civil engineering sector. You will also hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and have experience in asphalts and surfacing schemes.
