Your new company has over 100 years of experience of delivering world-leading professional services within the built environment. Your new roleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead work with prestigious public sector clients, which include the MOD, MOJ, the Atomic Energy Authority, and the Home Office. You will lead on the delivery of projects ranging from £1m through to £50m in value, ranging from refurbishments and building alterations through to new roads, car parks and other developments. You will handle multi-stakeholder management, oversee cost control and registers, produce concise and targeted reports, and lead project teams which include junior colleagues. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, it would be great if you have a background working either directly with public sector organisations, or in a consultancy environment. Experience previously utilising NEC4 form of contract experience would be beneficial, alongside overseeing project cost control, risk registers, and stakeholder management. You may have a background in building surveying, construction, or in quantity surveying - all longer term backgrounds will be considered. What you'll get in returnThis role will offer a salary of up to £70,000 per year, alongside a car allowance of up to £5,000.
