I'm currently working in partnership with a building consultancy supporting them with the crucial hire of both a Senior Project Manager to be a vital part of their Project & Programme Services team to work across exciting and prestigious projects. £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance + bonus 2-3 days per week onsite/ office, 2-3 days home working hybrid modelLocation: Oxford office, with travel to sites across Oxford

Key:

  • You will be working on projects ranging from £1m to £50m+, across a variety of high-profile clients in the education, commercial, infrastructure and public sector.
  • Provide high quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
  • Be client main contact and advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
  • Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.

Experience:

  • Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience of both pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively
  • The aptitude to liaise with clients and key stakeholders whilst managing expectations.
  • The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
  • Hold or be working towards RICS Chartership or a similar Project Management Qualification (e.g. CIOB or APM).
  • NEC3/NEC4 accreditation or experience would be a plus and experience of working with or with a PMO environment would be desirable.
  • Baseline Security Clearance due to nature of the clients????
