The company is now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce leader to drive the planning, execution and monitoring of our online commercial and associated marketing programs that help market and sell all these solutions globally. Working with the broader sales and marketing team, you will be expected to lead the digital strategy across a range of sales programs, clearly presenting your planning and results.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital marketing, with aspecific focus on acquisition and retention planning, online advertising and SEO, analysis and data reporting, and driving conversion to sales across multiple eCommerce platforms. You will have the latest digital knowledge with proven commercial experience of developing new digital business channels, plus hands-on experience of all areas of running an eCommerce site with a product mix including subscription models.


Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute all aspects of brand visibility and online commercial planning through digital campaigns utilising thelatest techniques across marketing automation and machine learning, and tools including email, social media and online advertising.

Developing, planning, executing, and controlling online customer life cycle activities including lead generation & acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, loyalty / existing customer retention, and account reactivation.

Developing weekly and monthly goals within the key areas and set up campaigns to drive and improve results on an ongoing basis.

Responsible for reporting results and driving insights and learnings to deliver new opportunities for the business or trials.

Report on eCommerce KPIs including site and customer insights and analytics.

Manage all eCommerce product information, SKUs, imagery and content.

Project management and overall coordination of cross-functional teams from sales, product management, and external agencies to deliver projects and meet deadlines.

Ensure all customer databases are well maintained and users are appropriately segmented and tagged for marketing purposes, utilising best practice data compliance and GDPR regulations.

Maintain a good understanding of emerging technical developments and trends, and understand which we can best use to meet our goals.


Qualifications and experience:

Minimum 8 years experience as a digital marketing lead in a fast-moving technology and eCommerce, ideally within professional audio, AV media or technology retail.

Working with different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets.

Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders.

Educated to degree level or recognised higher level qualification in marketing.

Strong database management, CMS and electronic mailer platform experience

Proven experience across all social media marketing platforms with target advertising.

Proven knowledge of analytics and creating dashboard and setting up goals.

Experience in graphic design with Adobe (or similar) creative suite package.
