The Junior Electrical Design Engineer position is available at an engineering company based in Oxfordshire on a permanent basis.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of electrical design experience and an HNC or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or a relevant discipline.
Proficiency in electrical design software, particularly AutoCAD Electrical, is required, along with a good understanding of PLCs being beneficial.

JOB – Junior Electrical Design Engineer LOCATION – Oxfordshire TERM - Permanent SALARY – competitive depending on experience An Oxfordshire based Engineering company are currently looking for a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Junior Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
2 years’ electrical design experience.
Good knowledge of electrical design packages such as AutoCAD Electrical.
Good PLC understanding is beneficial.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Full UK driving license.

The duties & responsibilities will include:

Producing electrical drawings & schematics & ensuring designs meet customer requirements.
The design & development of electrical panels.
Ensuring health & safety requirements are met at all times.
