Butler Rose is partnering with senior managers to recruit a talented FP&A Analyst for a leading global business. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in the office. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your insights will help drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management. Support business functions with financial analysis and performance tracking. Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools. Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

About YouDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Finance or accounting experience, ideally with exposure to FP&A. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems is a plus.
