FP&A Manager being hired for a leading Healthcare business based in Oxfordshire!
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + bonus & wider benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a great finance team and be part of driving business decisions and financial performance during a significant period of growth. The business is an international PE-backed, and M&A driven organisation focused on international healthcare products and services. This is a newly created position to drive FP&A activity and deliver crucial financial insights across the business, becoming a vital business partner to key financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide FP&A support to the Group Finance Director and wider business
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Develop long-term cash flow forecasts and projections
- Drive business performance through commercial finance insights and business partner senior business unit stakeholders
- Build and develop financial models and spreadsheets
- Utilise PowerBI for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Essential Qualifications / Skills
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Previous experience driving the budgeting & forecasting process
- Previous Business partnering experience to non-financials stakeholders.
- Financial modelling experience
- Experience of working in fast paced environments
- Ability to operate in a matrix structured organisation
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Excellent communicator with both finance and non-finance professionals of varying levels

- Good time management and organisational skills
