My client is a fast-moving, international entity based in South Oxfordshire and they are looking to recruit a senior, technically strong qualified accountant.

The role will focus on the preparation of statutory accounts and you will be the main point of contact for all reporting matters. You will own the responsibility for keeping up with regulations and implementing policies. The individual will manage the consolidations and also lead the relationship with the external audit firm. This is a senior manager position and it will play a key role in improving systems and heading up projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenges of complex financial reporting and has worked in a dynamic and challenging environment. The successful candidate may have worked in audit, or have studied in a commercial entity and progressed to a management-level position.

Duties include;

  • Manage one qualified accountant
  • Manage all financial reporting and statutory accounts
  • Own the relationship with the various external advisors
  • Preparing group consolidations
  • The successful candidate will ideally have experience of US GAAP
