About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a professional Independent Financial Advisor firm on a part-time basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of IFA operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients to gather personal and policy information and updating records.
  • Scheduling and managing client meetings, preparing required documentation, and handling follow-up tasks.
  • Communicating with providers to obtain quotations, illustrations, and transfer values.
  • Overseeing compliance processes, including AML checks and maintaining regulatory standards.
  • Managing client records via CRM, ensuring accuracy and updates are maintained.
  • Assisting with pension transfers, annuity arrangements, and drawdown setups.
  • Administrative tasks such as processing Adviser Charges, organising invoices, and maintaining office supplies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience within an IFA environment is mandatory.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in using CRMs and financial systems relevant to the IFA sector.
