THE ROLE: You'll be a part of their central function, working alongside your buyers to create well balanced and cohesive ranges. You'll be an experience Assistant Merchandiser that can take ownership of key areas - ensuring that the smooth running of the department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full WSSI ownership
  • Updated data and actualised sales
  • Ability to run reporting ahead of range reviews and trade meetings
  • Can write concise and accurate top-line notes ahead of meetings
  • Strong presenter
  • Create and manage line details and range plans
  • Monitor and improve, where possible, stock availability
  • Store grading and allocation experience is desired
  • Track record of understand store operations, grading, performance, stock transfers
  • Investigate historic data to make key commercial actions in-season
  • Plan and manage depths of buy behind all lines
  • Sound understanding of peak selling windows throughout the year
  • Ability to speak with suppliers and warehouses
  • Manage stock coming into the business
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team i.e MAA's
