- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
