Key Responsibilities
- Lead health and safety initiatives, focusing on lab teams.
- Prepare and review risk assessments and SOPs.
- Conduct health and safety training.
- Maintain and service safety equipment.
- Perform compliance audits.
- Investigate incidents and implement follow-up actions.
- Stay updated with health and safety legislation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- BSc in Biological Sciences or related field.
- Laboratory experience.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
