Our client in Oxfordshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager/Senior Business Partner to join their rapidly growing business.Job Title: Senior HR Manager/Senior Business PartnerLocation: OxfordshireYour new Role:
- As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead the Human Resources function, playing an essential role in delivering the people strategy, driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- You will manage the UK-based HR Managers.
- You will work closely with key stakeholders and managers to build people capability; shape and implement people strategies and initiatives within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Working with the CPO, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Spearhead change management projects such as TUPE transfers
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior, fast-paced HR role
- Thorough understanding and experience with TUPE transfers
- Multisite experience
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
